If room IDs in the CAD files are similar across floor plans/buildings, then the floors need to be identifiable. This is done by setting the POI prefixes the POI import main page. Typically the POI-prefix is the building ID + floor level, and the Floor Prefix label is to applied to column in the POI list that matches this. Note: Some customers may have a preference to how their Floor Prefixes are formatted. Floor Prefixes can affect the campus linkable tags format (which they may be using with their other integrations like timetables, resource booking, library solutions etc.) | |

The room type / category (e.g. Accessible Toilet, Office, Corridor etc). Note: Our system can only operate with one type per POI, so this label should only been applied to one column. | |
The identifiers are the unique location codes for each POI/room. Typically a concatenation of campus ID, building ID and room ID. These are used to set up linkable tags where one part of the URL to a POI stays fixed and just the last part (the identifier) changes: | |
