This help article aims to give you directions on how to manually make your ordinary POIs even richer by showing you how to add descriptions to into Rich POIs. As a default, you can upload a picture or graphic file, a url to a website or part of your intranet or anywhere you want your end users to pay special attention to. However, to make your POIs even richer by adding a short description to your points of interest so that they have more meaning for the end users is something you have to ask your CSM to activate.
Note: The procedure to upload your Rich POIs in bulk is connected to the procedure for POI Import List,How to Import your POI List to your campus (including how to make Rich POIs in bulk using this list)? take note that in this bulk upload, only the url and description are possible to be shown and graphic files for each Rich POI should be uploaded manually.
