CSM will share the files and create internal tasks for engineers to upload the assets to the Asset Visualization tool. Requirements for the asset file.
Uploaded assets can be placed only in existing buildings and on floors that were mapped during the delivery of the map.
The excel file should contain the following columns:
Asset Name / Device ID / Tag Name / Group(category)
Please note that MAC addresses are case-sensitive, so we must ensure they’re correct.
Assets can have 1 one group assigned to them.
We can search by the information from all the columns. What if any other data would be there?
