The building manifest is an important tool for us at MazemapMazeMap. It helps our technicians to place the buildings in the right location in on the campus and the floors in the correct order in the building.
...
Filename: Add the filename (.dwg file) for one per floor.
Campus name: Add the name of the whole campus.
Building name: Add the name of the building where the floor is located. Small campuses may have the same name for the campus and the building.
Area: The total amount of square meters (or square feet) to be mapped, per floor plan.
Building locationaddress: Add the address for the building where the floor is located.
Lat. coordinates and long. coordinates: Helps us to locate the building more effectively and assure that it’s placed in the correct location.
Floor number: The level of the floor (ground floor is one, -1 is basement, Note: 0 is not in use in z-levelling)Floor name: Name of the floor.
Floor abbreviation: This is where you add letters if you want that to show instead of floor number, such as: C, B, GF etc.
The second page of the standard building manifest should be "buildings' level page" which shows the correlation between particular floors in all buildings within the campus, accesses to them
from outside and accesses between the buildings. It is very important especially if we have big campuses.
...
Client Notes: This is where you add any additional instructions when it comes to mapping the buildings. It’s especially important when your campus has more than one building and there is a connection between them. Here you can note on which floor and how the buildings connect, etc.
Building Priority: Here you can choose between “Must have”, “Nice to have” and “Optional”. Please note that the buildings/floors marked as “Must have” will be mapped as a priority.
