The building manifest is an important tool for us at Mazemap. It helps our technicians to place the buildings in the right location in the campus and the floors in the correct order in the building.

As you can see in the sheet, each floor gets their own row. The information you are adding in each row is connected to the floor indicated by the filename in the first column.

What goes in each column?

Filename: Add the filename (.dwg file) for one floor.

Campus name: Add the name of the whole campus.

Building name: Add the name of the building where the floor is located. Small campuses may have the same name for the campus and the building.

Building location: Add the address for the building where the floor is located.

Floor number: The level of the floor (ground floor is one, -1 is basement, Note: 0 is not in use in z-levelling)

Floor name: Name of the floor.

Floor abbreviation: This is where you add letters if you want that to show instead of floor number, such as: C, B, GF etc.

The second page of the standard building manifest should be "buildings' level page" which shows the correlation between particular floors in all buildings within the campus, accesses to them

from outside and accesses between thebuildings. It is very important especially if we have big campuses.
