Ask your CSM to make sure that the “Use floorplan label as searchable name” tick box is ticked for every building (this is a setting customers do not have access to). This will help speed up the QA process as the room ID from the drawing becomes visible in the POI sidebar as a POI name.
Go to the MazeMap admin tool and review the room names in each building.
If a room name doesn't look correct, you can click on the room to open the POI side panel to see more details.
