If the names coming from "Excel Data" (the POI list) is are incorrect or missing, check the POI list to make sure that an entry for this room exists.
If the entry does not exist or is incorrect, please fix the POI list and reupload the updated version. Remember to run an update to import POI data.
If the POI list entry for the room in question exists and is correct, check if there are multiple identical room IDs in the same building (our system will only match the POI list data with one of them).
Please note that the POI title is not necessarily the same as the text shown in map. This depends on the setup in the POI list.
