As indicated in the How to Prepare a CAD file for import into MazeMap Admin Tool document, there must be a one unique room ID for each polygon in a drawing.

If the "Floor plan parsed" name is missing or incorrect, check if the room ID in the CAD file for this room is missing or incorrect/incorrect or if there are multiple room IDs inside the room polygon.

  • If it is incorrect or /missing/more than one, please fix the CAD file and attach it to a QA support ticket.

  • If the room ID is not missing/incorrect in the CAD file, please submit a QA support ticket and describe the issue.
