Answer:
A Point Of Interest (POI) is any point or area with a searchable name (and aliases) on a map which can be selected and highlighted, such as cafeterias or bathrooms. It can have an icon and/or a text that is displayed in the map. In MazeMap you can use the POI Editor in Admin Tool to add or/and manage the POIs at your campus.
