How to book a resource (desks/meeting rooms)

 

  • Find the desk/meeting room you would like to book and click on it. A pop-up box will appear at the bottom of the screen:

 

  • Click “Book Resource” and a side panel will appear to the left-hand side

 

 

  • Click “Log in to book” and use your company credentials to log in.

  • You now have the options to book the resource right away or to pre-book choosing a date and time:

 

 

 

  • Click on “Book”. A confirmation pop-up box will appear when the booking has been registered:

 

 

 

  • Your booking will now appear in your calendar, but will not register you as “Busy”.

  • If you want to book a resource for a longer period than the suggested time slots, you will need to make a second booking.

 

  • If you click on a resource that you have booked, you will be able to see your bookings for that resource the next 7 days:

 

  • Click on calendar link to see the booking/event in your calendar

 

 

How to cancel a resource booking

  • If you want to cancel an existing booking you can either:

    • Click on the resource you’ve booked, go to “My bookings” and cancel the booking

    • Go to your calendar, find the booking event and delete it.

 

Group bookings

  • It is not possible to book multiple desks/rooms at a time for group booking. Resources need to be booked one at a time.

Maximum Capacity:

The maximum number of bookable resources can be set by administrators. When maximum capacity is reached, you will no longer be able to book a resource and pop-up box will appear:

 

Admin Setting Changes

Kindly reach out to your respective Client Success Manager should you need to set the following admin settings for your bookable resources:

  • Max Bookable Days from Now

  • Start Bookable Time

  • End Bookable Time

  • "Book Now " Duration (Minutes)

  • "Book Later" Duration (Minutes)
