This section explains how to access the Kiosk Manager within the MazeMap Admin Tool. The Kiosk Manager is where you configure, customise, and manage your MazeMap Kiosks, including setting up and customising the interface with Points of Interest (POIs), adjusting map views, and enabling advanced features.

Prerequisites
To access the Kiosk Manager, you’ll need:
A MazeMap Admin Account.
The Kiosk Manager Role assigned to your account. If you don’t have this role, contact your MazeMap Administrator or Customer Success Manager for assistance.
Steps to Access the Kiosk Manager
1. Log In to the MazeMap Admin Tool:
a. Open your web browser and go to the MazeMap Admin Portal.
b. Enter your login credentials to access the admin dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Kiosk Section:
a. Once logged in, look for the Kiosk option in the main menu on the left side of the screen.
b. Click Kiosks to enter the Kiosk Manager.
3. Kiosk Manager Interface:
a. The Kiosk Manager screen shows a list of kiosks associated with your account.
Here, you can:
a. Find a Kiosk
Locate a specific kiosk by either scrolling through the list or using the search bar at the top right to enter the kiosk name or ID. This is useful if you have multiple kiosks across different locations.
b. Get the Kiosk ID
To find the unique Kiosk ID, simply hover over the kiosk name. The Kiosk ID is displayed to the right the name and is used for referencing specific kiosk configurations / interfaces.
c. View the Kiosk in Browser
Click the “VIEW” button next to the kiosk name to open the Kiosk interface in a new browser window. This URL is also used for scheduling the Kiosk on digital signage; for more details, refer to 5. Kiosk - Displaying on a Panel.
d. Edit a Kiosk
Click the EDIT button to open the Kiosk Editor. This will take you to the next section, where you can customise the Kiosk’s interface, map view, POIs, layout, and other settings.

Troubleshooting Access Issues
If you’re unable to see the Kiosk Manager option:
Check Your Role: Ensure that you have the Kiosk Manager Role assigned. If not, contact your MazeMap administrator or Customer Success Manager.
Clear Browser Cache: If you have recently been assigned a role, you may need to clear your browser cache or log out and back in to see the changes.
Use a Supported Browser: Ensure you’re using a compatible, up-to-date browser (see Browser Compatibility for details).
