Step 2: Provide Detailed Information

Detail is key. When suggesting a new feature or enhancement:

  • Clearly describe the feature and its potential benefits.

  • If possible, explain how it might integrate with existing MazeMap functionalities.

Step 3: Wait for Initial Response

Once your request is submitted, MazeMap’s Customer Success Team will:

  • Acknowledge its receipt.

  • Provide an initial response or feedback.

Step 4: Transition to Product Management

  • Your request will then be handed over to the Product Management Team.

  • It will enter the "Pending" state, during which its feasibility and alignment with our roadmap will be evaluated.

Step 5: Understand Possible Outcomes

  • Integration: If your feature aligns with our plans, it may be incorporated in a future release.

  • Rejection: Requests that don't fit our current roadmap might be declined.

  • On Hold: Some suggestions may not have a defined implementation timeline and will be placed on hold for future consideration.
