Introduction to MazeMap Feature Request Process
MazeMap is always looking to improve, and we greatly value feedback and ideas from our users. Here's a step-by-step guide to submitting your feature requests:

Step 1: Initiate a Submission
Visit the MazeMap support portal.
Log a new request and select the "Feature Request" category.
Step 2: Provide Detailed Information
Detail is key. When suggesting a new feature or enhancement:
Clearly describe the feature and its potential benefits.
If possible, explain how it might integrate with existing MazeMap functionalities.
Step 3: Wait for Initial Response
Once your request is submitted, MazeMap’s Customer Success Team will:
Acknowledge its receipt.
Provide an initial response or feedback.
Step 4: Transition to Product Management
Your request will then be handed over to the Product Management Team.
It will enter the "Pending" state, during which its feasibility and alignment with our roadmap will be evaluated.
Step 5: Understand Possible Outcomes
Integration: If your feature aligns with our plans, it may be incorporated in a future release.
Rejection: Requests that don't fit our current roadmap might be declined.
On Hold: Some suggestions may not have a defined implementation timeline and will be placed on hold for future consideration.
