How to Configure DNA Spaces and install the LIPI
Positioning with DNA Spaces only works in the native MazeMap app. (To get positioning working for the web, a scaled down version of the LIPI has to be installed on-prem).
The person/organisation activating DNA Spaces with MazeMap require access to the MazeMap Admin Tool.
Login to your account with DNA Spaces https://dnaspaces.io/login or for European customers https://dnaspaces.eu/login
Once you have logged in, scroll to the bottom of the home page until you reach the EXTEND section, click on Get Partner Apps
Find and open the MazeMap App, then click on
Active App at the top right-hand corner.
Once activated, return to the DNA Spaces homepage, scroll to the bottom and find the MazeMap App – click on the MazeMap app and select partner.
You will be redirected to
http://admin.mazemap.com/#!/dnaspaces/
Once you have been directed to this page, an automated message will be sent to MazeMap with the unique
partnerTenandId. This will be used to configure DNA Spaces with MazeMap.
Note: Reminder about the CMX Tethering for Map Services https://support.dnaspaces.io/hc/en-us/articles/360022267533 and the Setup Guide for DNA Spaces https://dnaspaces.cisco.com/setupguide/
Configuration for the customer by MazeMap
The PartnerTenantID will be sent to Jira Service Desk as a ticket named “DNASpaces OAuth signup”.
Please wait for the Customer Success Team to notify you that the account has been configured for DNA Spaces.
Once confirmation is received, install the LIPI to complete the setup
